Step-In Technology — An articulated reclining highback lets the cuff and liner tilt back to open a wide entry point, so you slide your foot in without unclipping or unbuckling anything first. Once your foot is seated, the Double Buckle flips into riding position and locks a steel spine into place — recreating the same overlap-shell feel and power transmission of a traditional 4-buckle boot.
Spine Link Mechanism — This is the engineering that makes Step-In actually work under real skiing loads: when locked, it holds the steel spine rigid in a standard ski position; when released, it lets the whole rear of the boot open for entry and exit. It's the difference between a novelty feature and a boot you can actually charge in.
Medium-Volume (MV) Fit — A 100mm last balances comfort with control, giving average-volume feet a snug, performance-oriented hold without the pressure points a narrower last can cause over a full day.
