    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the heart of our customer experience. You're not just selling products; you're a trusted advisor helping fellow enthusiasts find the perfect gear for their next mountain adventure. If you love talking about the latest skis, boards, and outdoor tech, this is the perfect role for you.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:
    • Create a welcoming and energetic atmosphere on the retail floor, greeting and assisting every customer.
    • Engage with customers to understand their needs, sharing your passion and product knowledge to guide them to the right gear.
    • Efficiently and accurately handle sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
    • Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
    • Actively participate in product knowledge sessions to stay current on the latest industry trends and technologies.

    WHO YOU ARE:
    • You have a genuine passion for the outdoors and a love for the ski and snowboard industry.
    • You are a confident and clear communicator who enjoys talking to people.
    • You are a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
    • You have flexible availability, with the ability to work evenings and weekends, especially during our peak season.
    • Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset, but a great attitude and a passion for the mountains are what we value most.
